Helping overwhelmed parents live simply and embrace the present.
I’m Krysta. I am a mom to three-year-old triplets and a recovering perfectionist. I help other overwhelmed parents learn to live simply and embrace the present. A dentist by trade, I recently decided to become a most-time mom and feel simultaneously challenged and blessed every single day.
After navigating the bumpy road of fertility treatments, we brought our three miracles into the world in June of 2013. The last three years have been filled with more joy and more sleep deprivation than my husband and I could have ever fathomed. (If you are interested in all of the details, feel free to check out Loving the Manning Triplets where I chronicled the fertility story and, to a lesser extent, the first year of the babies’ lives.)
Now, I have the unique opportunity of raising three children at once alongside my loving husband, Ryan. My personal goal is to be a parent who raises her children with thought and intentionality, but also to give myself grace when I don’t quite get it right.
It’s ok to feel lost.
It’s ok to feel less than.
It’s ok to feel like you’re not good enough.
It’s ok to be crazy about your kids one moment and to just feel crazy the next.
It’s ok to wonder if you’re doing everything wrong.
